Eggs These chickens graze year round on pasture and have large, bright deep orange yolks with a variety of shell colors. In addition to bugs and greens, they receive Zak's Feed's pea-barley layer mix. Sold in our milk pickup room, they are first-come-first-fed. Pay in the cash box under the egg fridge (see price here). Pork Our milk-fed pork receives skim milk, whey, and Zak's Feed's pea-barley pig mix. While alive, pigs enjoy roaming in a fenced forested area. We try to buy piglets in the spring, and slaughter around 350lbs in August through November. We use Garfield Meats - fill out their cutting instructions. View their prices here. You pay us for the pig (see our Availability and Pricing page), based on hanging weight, and Garfield Meats for the butchering. Deposit amount is listed below the price in the linked sheet. Beef We are partnering with Treasure Ridge Ranch (TRR) in Viola Idaho, a supplier of alfalfa hay for our dairy, to get our dairy-beef cross calves raised and to procure quality beef for our customers. It will be purchased from TRR, and butchered at Garfield Meats or Potlatch Pack, based on TRR's preference. See our Availability and Pricing page.
