Availability and pricing of Pork
Pork Our milk-fed pastured pork receives skim milk, whey, and Zak's Feed's pea-triticale mix. While alive, pigs enjoy roaming in a fenced forested area. We try to buy piglets in the spring, and slaughter around 350lbs in August through November. We use Garfield Meats - we will call or text you when you need to fill out their cutting instructions. View their prices here. You pay us for the pig based on hanging weight and pay Garfield Meats for the butchering. We do require a deposit. $75/half or $150/whole if you pay by cash or check. $80/half or $155/whole if you pay by card or online. |
