​Our milk-fed pastured pork receives skim milk, whey, and Zak's Feed's pea-triticale mix. While alive, pigs enjoy roaming in a fenced forested area. We try to buy piglets in the spring, and slaughter around 375lbs in August through November. If you prefer to butcher for yourself, you may use our facility for a modest price. Otherwise we use Garfield Meats - we will call or text you when you need to fill out their cutting instructions. View their prices here.
