​Our milk-fed pastured pork receives skim milk, whey, and Zak's Feed's pea-triticale mix. While alive, pigs enjoy roaming in a fenced forested area. We try to buy piglets in the spring, and slaughter around 375lbs in August through November.  We use Garfield Meats - we will call or text you when you need to fill out their cutting instructions.
