We offer broilers ranging in size from 4 to 6+ pounds, whole or cut up. We also have livers, hearts, feet, and soup bones for making delicious broth. Our Cornish cross broilers are raised on locally grown non-GMO pea-triticale mix from Zaks Feed, a lower protein ration on which they grow slightly slower and healthier than typical corn-soy feed. They move daily on lawn or pasture. They are more plump and tender than typical pastured poultry with firmer muscling and yellower fat than typical Cornish cross meat. We vacuum seal them immediately for freshness.
