Chris, pictured below, gave a thumbs up after dry-fitting the pieces of his first cabinet box, EVER. $600 in plywood, paint, glue, router bits, nails, and Chris' tools, and cabinets are materializing. We decided to have a two level counter around the sink, keeping the 4" backsplash. The giant, stainless L-shaped sink in the canopy we used for our kitchen last year was supposed to be the counters, but Kyra's concern about the visual impact prevailed; we now plan on using it in an outdoor kitchen going forward until a full commercial kitchen can be constructed.
