Hot water spigot on N side of facility - Josh

This tie into the processing room plumbing made it possible for hot water to get to a spigot on the N side of the facility. This could be hooked to the Health Recovery Center tub, or to a scalder for processing chickens. It only added perhaps $50 to the cost of the cold water spigot - huge return on investment!
